Farrell is an amazing real estate agent, who helped me purchase my very first home. She was extremely friendly and patient with me as we searched for the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. She also had amazing connections when it came to additional services, and made sure everything ran incredibly smoothly. As we checked boxes off the list, Farrell always made sure to keep me informed of the progress and what I should expect in the days to come. We closed within a month, at which time Farrell accompanied me to the signing appointment to make things feel more comfortable. Talk about a perfect home buying experience! So I was out on my own looking for homes to rent when I came across a property that I thought was great for the family. We had 30 DAYS TO BE OUT of our apartment so we needed something fast. This is when I met Farrell. Not only was this not the house for me but after a few minutes of having a great conversation with Farrell, it wasn't renting that was right for us it was buying a home. We had an amazing experience and just closed on our beautiful new home with Ferrell! I “met” Ferrell when I asked some questions on a Scottsdale mom’s group and she responded with great information on activities for our daughter. Farrell is one of the sweetest people I have met. She was so knowledgeable about locations and what location would work best for both my husbands and my own work. We found our dream home and found out that there was 4 other offers on the house. I don't know how she did it but Farrell was able to secure us the house even with all the other offers! She came from Seattle just like us so she knew exactly what we were going through and gave us lots of welcoming advice and suggestions with our move. Wouldn't pick any other realtor!! If you are like us and prefer the second option, then you must use Farrell to find your forever home. We relocated from Chicago to Phoenix and she did everything in her power to make it as stress free and easy as possible. She was extremely knowledgeable of the Phoenix area and would not let us make a mistake of buying in an area that did not fit our needs. She was willing to work late hours and around our schedule to make sure we seen all the houses on our wish list and the ones she recommended that that we missed. To say we had a challenging sale of our house in IL is an understatement and Farrell went above and beyond keeping our buy in AZ together and lit a fire under the IL home sale group until it was complete. Farrell was such an amazing realtor. I am so lucky to have found her! I was moving to Phoenix from out of state for grad school and wasn’t familiar with the neighborhoods. Farrell didn’t try to sell me something quick she took her time and told me straight up where she would and would not wanting me live as far as safety of neighborhoods. She got me a great deal on an apartment and then went above and beyond to find me a painter while I was out of town and even went to the apartment to let him in.
